FOUNDER & EVENT STRATEGIST
A Strategic Partner for Your Most Important Gatherings
Kaitlyn Lavigne brings nearly a decade of corporate experience, with a background in executive support, event planning and coordination, and managing the many details that bring successful business gatherings together.
Her experience includes working with one of Canada's 50 largest publicly traded companies, where she contributed to the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events, executive gatherings and leadership experiences. From collaborating with internal teams on complex events to independently managing executive functions, Kaitlyn has managed venue and vendor relationships, contractual arrangements, hospitality planning and on-site execution, gaining firsthand experience in the preparation, judgment and coordination required to deliver successful corporate events.
Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has worked closely with executives and leadership teams in fast-paced corporate environments, managing competing priorities, adapting to evolving needs and building trusted professional relationships. These experiences have shaped her approach to event planning, grounded in clear communication, sound judgment, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Kaitlyn's perspective has been shaped by living and working across Canada, including Montréal, Quebec; St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador; and Calgary, Alberta. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University, bringing a creative perspective that complements her corporate experience and approach to event planning. Her experience across different business environments brings a broader perspective to her work while reinforcing her connection to Atlantic Canada.
As Founder & Event Strategist of Harbour Assembly, Kaitlyn works directly with clients, bringing the same level of professionalism, preparation and personal attention to every engagement. She takes the time to understand each organization's objectives, provides practical guidance throughout the planning process and remains attentive to the details that contribute to a successful experience.
Her commitment is simple: to be a dependable planning partner who takes ownership of the details, approaches challenges with confidence and care, and allows clients to focus on the people, conversations and priorities that matter most.
